My experience with Avecom Group has excellent. They were very helpful and
patient with my many changes, going far beyond the call of duty to make sure I
was happy with the results. As a first-time website owner I was very
inexperienced and demanding, but I never heard one complaint and all questions
were answered immediately. I considered some of the overseas (India) people, but
the communication was going to be very difficult (e-mail only) and the price was
no better. In fact, I didn’t have to pay a penny until I was happy with the
site, and I could simply pick up the phone if I had a question – believe me,
it’s important. No-one else offered that kind of guarantee and service. To me
that was a sign of confidence, and no risk to myself. One week after opening
we’ve already taken orders that covered the cost of the website, and everything
functioned as it should. Awesome!!

I have been involved with the internet since 1996 and I have worked with
numerous ISP's, web design firms and web hosting companies. To date I have
never experienced the level of customer and technical support that I have
received from Avecom. As far as we are concerned, there is no other place to go
when it comes to e-commerce, hosting and web design.
